Who pays — me or them?

Either. Most family members put the plan on their own card and we send updates to them. We can also bill your loved one directly if they prefer. You choose during setup.

Can I cancel if it's not working out?

Yes, anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees. We want this to be a relief, not a burden.

What if they don't want someone in their home?

Our $39 Senior Support and $49 Remote Support plans are 100% remote. We connect securely via Quick Assist (Windows) or Zoom. They see everything we do and can disconnect anytime.

How do I know you're not a scam?

We never cold-call. We have a real Oklahoma phone number (405) 877-2223. Our owner MK Janway is a verified local professional with CompTIA Security+ and CEH certifications. And we never ask for passwords — they type them while we look away.
